God has done marvelous things in the lives of each and every one of us, whether we recognized it or not. If the truth be told, all that we have, all that we hope to be is because of God’s mercy and grace. As I examine the opportunity that God has given me to be involved in ministry, I am overwhelmed with joy and humbled by possibility. It is with a sense of great reverence and tremendous awe; I lead you as God leads me. The challenge given to us this day is to share the gospel with the entire world from right here in Lafayette, Indiana. It is my mission in life that we fulfill the “Great Commission” of Jesus Christ. I look forward to sharing His word with you. I look forward to you becoming a partner of the Second Baptist Family as we spread the “good news” throughout the world. I look forward to you becoming a part of the extended ministries of Second reaching the level of spiritual maturity God has set for your life. I especially look forward to you growing in grace and knowledge and the word becoming alive in you!
